These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of zodaris.com and app.zodaris.com (together, the “Site”) and your purchase of Zodaris readings and related digital products (the “Products”), provided by Zodaris.com (“Zodaris”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What we provide
Zodaris produces personalized, illustrated astrological birth-chart readings delivered as a digital PDF and an online flip-book keepsake, with an optional bundle that adds seven original songs. All Products are digital. Nothing physical is shipped.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in [currency, e.g. US dollars] and may change at any time, though changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed, at which point we begin generating your personalized Product.
3. Delivery
Your reading is delivered by email to the address you provide, usually a short time after purchase. Orders that include songs take longer, as the music is composed for your chart, and arrive in a single email once everything is ready. Please check your spam folder, and if your Product has not arrived within 24 hours, contact us by using Contact Form and we will help.
4. Refund policy
Each reading is personalized and generated to order from the birth details you provide, and the work begins as soon as your payment is confirmed. For that reason, once a Product has been generated and delivered, all sales are final and Products are non-refundable, including for change of mind or for dissatisfaction with the interpretive content, which is by nature subjective and made uniquely for you.
That said, we stand behind our work. If your Product fails to be delivered, arrives corrupted or unusable, or you were charged in error or more than once, contact us by using a Contact Form within 7 days of purchase and we will promptly correct the problem or, where we cannot, issue a refund. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country, which may apply in addition to the above.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate birth details, since the quality of your reading depends on them, and a valid email address for delivery. A Product is licensed for your own personal use or as a gift to a named individual.
6. Intellectual property
The text, artwork, and songs in your Product are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use, which includes keeping and sharing your own keepsake. Zodaris retains all rights in the Site, the brand, the underlying software, and the templates and systems used to create Products. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit a Product or any part of the Site without our written permission.
7. Nature of the readings
Zodaris readings are offered for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not professional advice of any kind – medical, psychological, legal, or financial – and should not be used as a substitute for it or relied upon when making important decisions. You are responsible for your own choices.
8. Availability and changes
The Site and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend, or withdraw features at any time. The online flip-book keepsake is hosted for approximately one year after delivery, after which it may be removed; we recommend downloading your files to keep them permanently.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a Product or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
